Anger managementThe benefits of anger management counselling are valuable for individuals of all ages.  Joy, sadness, anger, love and fear are the 5 Basic Human Emotions that each individual expresses and feels throughout a lifetime. Among the negative emotions, anger is one of the most challenging to manage. Sources of anger may vary for each person as well as the situation. Possible causes could be needs being ignored by others, violation of rights, offending words or conflicts. If anger is not managed or expressed appropriately, there are consequences over a period of time. Physical conditions such as heart disease, headaches, and tightness in the throat could arise. Symptoms of anger that are typical could include yelling, cursing, shoving, hitting, rage and hitting.  Similar to what we do in our daily lives, our skills are improved and honed through studying and practicing what we have learned.  In school, we were taught math and English and practiced through quizzes or assignments.
